Does the Top-Shelf Spotless Supreme Package include carpet cleaning on all floor types?

Professional carpet cleaning in the Supreme Package applies to carpeted areas in the home. Hardwood, tile, and other hard floor surfaces are addressed through the deep cleaning base — vacuuming, mopping, and detailed baseboard work. If your home is primarily hard floors with area rugs, let us know during booking and we'll clarify exactly what's covered for your specific layout.

How long does a package cleaning typically take compared to a standard clean?

A standard general house clean on an average-sized home runs two to four hours. Package cleans run longer because of the add-on tasks — oven and fridge interiors take time when done correctly, and interior window cleaning adds scope. A Next-Level or Supreme Package on a large home can run four to seven hours or more. We don't rush to hit a time target; we complete the work.

Can I schedule a package clean on a recurring basis, or is it one-time only?

Both options are available. Some clients book the Top-Shelf Spotless Supreme Package quarterly as a deep reset, then maintain with a standard clean in between. Others use the Fresh-Start Package as a recurring monthly service. We're open Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm, so recurring scheduling can fit most household routines. What if I want some add-ons from the Supreme Package but not all of them?

Our à la carte services allow you to add specific tasks without committing to a full package tier.
