  • Do you need to visit my home before giving a quote for Dallas Housemaids services?
    No, a home visit is not necessary unless you prefer it. We ask customers to provide their home address and details over the phone or through our online booking system to give an accurate quote. We verify the number of bedrooms and bathrooms using Zillow or Trulia. If there are discrepancies, we will ask you to correct the order details. This ensures we provide an accurate and fair quote for our services.
  • How can I book a cleaning service with Dallas Housemaids?
    To book a cleaning service with Dallas Housemaids, visit our online booking page and provide your home and personal details. Choose the type of service you need: general clean, deep clean, or move-in/move-out cleaning. If you're unsure about the differences, check our Services page. You can also add specific needs like laundry or fridge cleaning. A credit card is required to hold your booking, but it won't be charged until the service is completed. After booking, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. You can create an account to view or modify your booking. Alternatively, you can schedule a cleaning by calling us at 469.277.7031 or emailing info@dallashousemaids.com.
  • Do I need to be home when the Dallas Housemaids cleaner arrives?
    You do not need to be present when your Dallas Housemaids cleaner arrives, but you are welcome to be. Many customers provide us with entry instructions, such as a key or code. We keep all information and keys safe and secure. Your convenience and security are our top priorities.
  • How often should I schedule cleaning services with Dallas Housemaids?
    For first-time customers, we recommend starting with an initial deep clean. To maintain the cleanliness of your home, you can choose from our recurring general house cleaning services, available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Our team will work with you to determine the best schedule based on your specific needs and preferences.
  • Will I have the same house cleaner each time?
    We want you to enjoy the continuity of our service so we make every effort to send the same house cleaner to your home. We hire and thoroughly train all our cleaners and communicate any specific details for each clients home.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning?
    Payment is due to the day that your house cleaning is performed. When scheduling service, we do recommend that a credit card is on file to hold the booking. Your credit card will not be charged until services have been rendered. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
  • Should I tip my cleaner?
    If you are satisfied with your service, you are more than welcome to tip your cleaner cash after completion of the service. You may also log into your account and add gratuity to your booking. If you would like us to add it to your booking for you, call, email, or text us directly and we will be happy to add it.
  • Can the cost of my cleaning service with Dallas Housemaids change on the day of the appointment?
    If our cleaner arrives and finds that the condition of your home is not as described during booking, you may be subject to additional fees. We will discuss any pricing adjustments with you to ensure we provide the right service to get your home in top shape. Our goal is to be transparent and fair with our pricing.
  • Do you offer giftcards?
    Yes! We offer gift cards and certificates for all occasions such as birthdays, Mother’s and Father’s Day, anniversaries or just a simple gift to a friend! Feel free to visit our gift card page of our website to purchase a gift card for any value.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Any cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking time. If not, there is a cancellation fee which is 50% charge of the total booking price.

We currently accept payments through Credit Card . We do ask for a credit card upon booking to hold your appointment. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be changed until services have been performed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled booking. If not you will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking fee.
