A routine house cleaning looks nothing like a post-construction sweep, and a move-out clean is a different job entirely from an Airbnb turnover. This is the service most customers start with, and for good reason. Regular house cleaning covers the surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen that accumulate dirt on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle. It is designed to maintain a home that is already in livable condition — not to recover from months of neglect. Post-Construction Cleaning

Fine particulate from drywall, sawdust, and grout settles everywhere — inside vents, along window tracks, on top of cabinets, between floor planks. A standard clean doesn't get it out. Post-construction cleaning is a specialized service for newly built or renovated homes and commercial spaces. The DFW construction market has stayed active for years, and so has demand for this service. We work after the contractors leave and before occupancy — removing debris, cleaning surfaces of residue, and making a construction site livable.

We also cover the less visible things — light switch plates, door handles, and shared surfaces — that see high contact but often get skipped.
